The Russia, Crimea and Sevastopol (Sanctions) (Overseas Territories) (Amendment) Order 2015

The British Virgin Islands Financial Services Commission (the “FSC”) is advising the public that on 11th March 2015, The Russia, Crimea and Sevastopol (Sanctions) (Overseas Territories) (Amendment) Order 2015 (the “Order”) was ratified and extended to the Territory.
