Advisory Warnings

The general public is HEREBY ADVISED that DEXTER INSURANCE COMPANY, LTD (“Dexter”) is no longer licensed by the British Virgin Islands Financial Services Commission (the “Commission”) to carry on insurance business from within the BVI. The Commission is responsible for the licensing and supervision of regulated activities (such as mutual fund, insurance, banking and trust business) that are carried on in or from within the British Virgin Islands. Dexter’s licence to carry on insurance business from within the BVI has not been renewed since December 31, 2006.
