Ms Solika S Carey presently functions as the Deputy Director of Human Resources (Staffing and Benefits), a role she took up in 2018. She is primarily responsible for hiring, designing pay and benefits programs, and fostering employee engagement while ensuring compliance with labour laws. Ms Carey has held various positions within the Commission, including Assistant Registrar of Corporate Affairs and Legal Counsel. She has been practising law in the Virgin Islands since 2013 and has over 23 years of financial services experience.
