Rhonda Hodge-Smith

 
Deputy Director, External Relations
Rhonda Hodge-Smith took up the Deputy Director of the External Relations Unit post on 1 May 2023, where she supervises corporate communications, financial literacy, and media monitoring. She has over 15 years of experience in financial services, having worked in retail banking, as a corporate and banking lawyer, as a civil lawyer, as head of the former financial literacy unit at the Commission, and in financial services mediation. Mrs Hodge-Smith has also held senior management roles in tertiary education, gaining extensive experience in leadership, strategic planning, and change management. She has lectured in business law, effective business writing, technical report writing, and international marketing at the tertiary level for well over a decade and has been a media personality for over 25 years.
