Deca Penn

Mrs Deca Penn is the Acting Deputy Director of Prudential Supervision Unit at the BVI Financial Services Commission. She has over 25 years of extensive experience in the financial services sector and has established a robust track record within the Commission, particularly in regulatory oversight, risk management, and policy development. Deca began her career with the Commission in May 2010. Her tenure at the Commission has been marked by significant contributions, including leading the Prudential Supervision Unit as a Senior Regulator, where she was responsible for overseeing regulatory compliance and maintaining effective operational standards. Before her current role, she excelled as a regulator within the Insurance Business Division, where she was involved in detailed evaluations and supervision of regulated entities.
