Western Preferred Life Assurance Limited

A notice of revocation of licence was issued to Western Preferred Life Assurance Limited, also operating as Western Preferred Life Insurance Limited for its contravention of section 22 (1) (b) of the Insurance Act, 1994 and the Insurance Regulations, 1995 by failing to submit audited financial statements to the Commission within the prescribed or approved period, and subsequently failing to comply with various imposed enforcement actions to deal with the said contravention.
