Dearborn National Life Insurance Company

A notice of revocation of licence was issued to Dearborn National Life Insurance Company pursuant to sections 38(1)(a) and 38(4) of the Financial Services Commission Act, 2001, for its failure to fully comply with the requirements of the Directive issued on 23rd February, 2016 and its contravention of the Financial Services Commission (Fees) Regulations, 2010 for failing to pay its annual licence fees for the years 2016 and 2017.
