B.O. TRADEFINANCIALS LTD.

Tortola, British Virgin Islands – Thursday, 16 August, 2018 – The British Virgin Islands Financial Services Commission (the “FSC”) considers it necessary to issue this public statement in order to protect the public, and the interests of any customers or creditors of B.O. TRADEFINANCIALS LTD. (the “Company”), and to make the general public aware that the Company has never been licensed or regulated by the FSC to carry on any type of financial services business. 

The details are:

The Company has been circulating a forged Financial Services Business Licence purporting to licence Cynthia Johnson Loan Company International and SKYE TRADE COOPERATIVE licensed as the Company, bearing the FSC's logo and falsely purporting to be issued by the FSC[1].  

Members of the public are therefore advised to exercise extreme caution if solicited at any time by, or from conducting any business with, the Company.

The public is invited to provide the FSC with any relevant information on this matter, and any other questionable entities that are purportedly operating in or from within the BVI.

The FSC has issued this Public Statement pursuant to Section 37A(2) of the Financial Services Commission Act, 2001.
