Beverly Insurance Company Limited

A notice of revocation of licence was issued to Beverly Insurance Company Limited for its contraventions of (i). Section 23 (1) of the Insurance Act, 2008 by failing to appoint a new insurance manager following the resignation of its insurance manager; (ii). Section 57(1) of the Insurance Act, 2008 by failing to submit its audited financial statements and Director�s certificates for the financial years ending in 2010 and 2011; and, (iii). Section 2A (ii) of the Financial Services Fees (Amendment) Regulations, 2010 by failing to submit its license fees to the Commission for the years 2011 and 2012.
