HARBORLIGHT FAB FUND LTD

Tortola, British Virgin Islands – 16 June, 2011 – The British Virgin Islands Financial Services Commission (the “FSC”) wishes to inform the public that Harborlight FAB Fund Ltd is not, and has never been registered or recognised by the FSC to conduct mutual fund business.
 
The FSC has been made aware that Harborlight FAB Fund Ltd may have commenced business as a mutual fund in or from within the British Virgin Islands. Members of the public are therefore advised to exercise extreme caution in conducting any transactions with Harborlight FAB Fund Ltd as it is not, and never has been registered or recognised by the FSC as a public, private or professional mutual fund to carry on mutual fund business in or from within the Territory.
