Mainlandexpress Bank appears to be conducting banking business from their website www.mainlandexpress.com, and the site contains strong inferences that the bank is conducting banking business from in or within the BVI.
However, the bank does not hold a bank licence under the Banks and Trust Companies Act, 1990 and members of the public are advised to use extreme caution with this entity.
