Limited Partnership functions compliant with provisions of the Limited Partnership Act, 2017 are now available in VIRRGIN.

1. Registration of Limited Partnership

2. Application for re-registration as a Limited Partnership

3. Certificate of Good Standing for Limited Partnership

Restoring a BVIBC to the Register and simultaneously filing an initial Register of Directors

A single transaction to restore a previously struck-off BVIBC and file a Register of Directors is now available using the Register of Directors function in VIRRGIN.

Pay outstanding fees and file a Notice of Appointment of Registered Agent (R303)

This transaction can now be completely filed by the new/proposed new Registered Agent using VIRRGIN.

Registration of Insolvency Documents (R510)

Insolvency Documents can now be submitted through the ‘General Filings All’ function by both Registered Agents and Licenced Insolvency Practitioners. Physical documents for this transaction should no longer be submitted to the Registry.
