DANTRUST LIMITED

An administrative penalty in the amount of $10,000.00 was imposed on DANTRUST LIMITED for its contravention of the following sections of the Regulatory Code, 2009: a) section 161(1) for failing to maintain professional indemnity insurance; and b) section 32(1) for failing to conduct the required testing of its internal control systems and ensure that any deficiencies identified in the internal control system are corrected as soon as reasonably practicable.
