Road Town, Tortola – The BVI Financial Services Commission (the Commission) is pleased to announce that the Office of Financial Sanctions Implementation (OFSI) will host a free webinar titled ‘Introduction to Financial Sanctions Licensing’. 

The webinar is aimed at enhancing the understanding of financial sanctions licensing requirements for relevant persons/entities who may need to facilitate the handling of monies and other assets of a designated person under the current sanctions regimes. 

The Commission expects that the lessons learned from the webinar will be applied and lead to licensees implementing more robust and effective systems of mitigating the risk associated with designated persons.
