The United Nations Security Council Committee established pursuant to resolutions 1267 (1999), 1989 (2011) and 2253 (2015) concerning ISIL (Da’esh), Al-Qaida and associated individuals, groups, undertakings and entities has conveyed that an update has been made to the United Nations Security Council Consolidated List.

Update to the UK Sanctions List - UN Haiti Regime
On the 27th of September 2024, the United Nations Security Council Committee established pursuant to resolution 2653 (2022) (Haiti) approved the addition of two entries specified below to its Sanctions List of individuals and entities subject to the measures imposed by the Security Council and adopted under Chapter VII of the Charter of the United Nations.
The UK Government has sanctioned 2 individuals under the UN Haiti Sanctions Regime, reflecting recent designations announced by the UN Security Council. Those designated are responsible for organising and supporting brutal gang violence and human rights abuses in Haiti. See here for more details.

On 31 January 2024, the Security Council Committee established pursuant to resolution 1970 (2011) concerning Libya decided that the following individual is no longer subject to the travel ban measure imposed pursuant to paragraph 15 of resolution 1970 (2011). The following individual continues to be subject to the asset freeze measure pursuant to the relevant resolutions:

United Nations Security Council ISIL (Da’esh) and Al-Qaida Sanctions Committee Removes Two Entries from Its Sanctions List | 05 June 2023
On 5 June 2023, the Security Council Committee, pursuant to resolutions 1267 (1999), 1989 (2011) and 2253 (2015) concerning ISIL (Da’esh), Al‑Qaida and associated individuals, groups, undertakings and entities removed the entries below from the ISIL (Da’esh) and Al‑Qaida Sanctions List after concluding its consideration of the de-listing requests for these names submitted through the Office of the Ombudsperson established pursuant to Security Council resolution 1904 (2009), and of the Comprehensive Reports of the Ombudsperson on these de-listing requests.
Therefore, the assets freeze, travel ban and arms embargo set out in paragraph 1 of Security Council resolution 2610 (2021) and adopted under Chapter VII of the Charter of the United Nations no longer apply to the entries.
