BVI FSC – BUSINESS CONTINUITY UPDATE: BVI OFFICE OPERATIONS

The BVI Financial Services Commission (the "Commission") has adjusted its business operations and services following the announcement by the Government of the Virgin Islands of the continued surges of COVID-19 cases. Our offices are operating, and all our services are available.

Please take note of the following:

BVI Offices

Our Administration office is closed to the public until Friday 09 July 2021. Our reception office will operate from the Registry of Corporate Affairs Building ("ROCA") between 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. daily.

Contactless Certificate Collection and Document Drop-Off Procedures Re-instated
Certificate collection is available from 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. by appointment only. Agents should email [email protected] or call (284) 852-4120 to schedule appointments.

Remittances to the Commission
We will continue to receive cheque payments for deposit accounts and any other payments due (
including those necessitated by a Court Order) to the Commission daily at the ROCA building. Please enter to drop off cheques at the reception window. Cheques dropped off to replenish deposit accounts before 4:00 p.m. will be processed on the same day. See instructions for making payments via electronic transfers.

The Commission will continue to monitor all information and guidance from the Government of the Virgin Islands and advise on any changes to our operations accordingly. Our team remains available by email and telephone to address and resolve queries. Industry practitioners are encouraged to use the division email contact list for correspondence with the Commission.

Please continue to monitor the Commission's website for essential updates.
