BGO GROUP LTD.

Tortola, British Virgin Islands – 19 March 2018 – The British Virgin Islands Financial Services Commission (the “FSC”) has information suggesting that BVI Business Company Bgo group Ltd has operated the website AYAFOREX at http://ayafx.com to conduct online investments and trading in other forex related products and services without having obtained the requisite licence from the FSC.

The FSC hereby informs the public that Bgo group Ltd has never been licensed by the Commission to carry on investment business in or from within the Territory.   

Members of the public are therefore advised to exercise extreme caution if solicited at any time by or conducting any business with Bgo group Ltd or AYAFOREX.

The public is invited to provide the FSC with any relevant information on this matter, and any other questionable entities that are purportedly operating in or from within the British Virgin Islands.

The FSC is issuing this public statement under Section 37A of the Financial Services Commission Act, 2001.
