BVI FSC – BUSINESS CONTINUITY UPDATE: BVI OFFICE OPERATIONS
The BVI Financial Services Commission ("the Commission") has further adjusted its business operations and services following the issuance of Curfew (No. 8) Order, 2021 by the Government of the Virgin Islands from 09 July through 23 July 2021.
Please take note of the following:
BVI Offices
Our Main Administration office remains closed to the public.
Contactless Certificate Collection and Document Drop-Off Procedures Re-instated
Certificate collection is available from 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. by appointment only. Agents should email [email protected] or call (284) 852-4120 to schedule appointments.
Remittances to the Commission
- Electronic Transfers

- Drop-Box Facility
We will continue to receive cheque payments for deposit accounts and any other payments due (including those necessitated by a Court Order) to the Commission daily, only via the temporary drop-box facility at the Commission's Administration building (18 Pasea Estate Road). Cheques dropped off to replenish deposit accounts before 3:30 p.m. will be processed on the same day.
The Commission will continue to monitor all information and guidance from the Government of the Virgin Islands and advise on any changes to our operations accordingly. Our team remains available by email and telephone to address and resolve queries. Industry practitioners are encouraged to use the division email contact list for correspondence with the Commission.
