BVI FSC Business Continuity Update: Changes to Operation

In light of the recent curfew announcements, the BVI Financial Services Commission ("the Commission") further details its adjusted levels of services.  

HK Office  
Our Asia Representative Office is open. In-office processing of transactions continues daily from 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. Until further notice, we will continue to make arrangements for the delivery of certificates to agents via courier.  

BVI Offices  
Our physical offices remain closed to the public with limited  contactless services provided between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 11:45 a.m.

Registered Agents should note the following:

Certificate Collection
Beginning Friday 4 September 2020 to Wednesday 16 September 2020, certificate collection will be on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 9:00 a.m. – 11:45 a.m. by appointments only. Appointments can be made by calling (284) 541 3443.

Remittances to the Commission
Beginning Friday 4 September 2020 to Wednesday 16 September 2020, acceptance of cheque payments for deposit accounts, and any other payments due (including those necessitated by a Court Order) to the Commission will resume via the drop-box facility at the Commission's Administration building (18 Pasea Estate Road) on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 9:00 a.m. – 11:45 a.m. Cheques dropped off to replenish deposit accounts before 11:00 a.m. will be processed on the same day.
