Changes to BVI FSC Operations due to Inclement Weather

The BVI Financial Services Commission (the "Commission") will operate remotely on Wednesday 29 July 2020 due to the inclement weather which is expected to affect the British Virgin Islands. Contactless Certificate Collection is available at the Commission’s Registry of Corporate Affairs from 8:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. today (Wednesday 29 July 2020) by appointment only. 

Industry practitioners are asked to use divisional email contacts for correspondence with the Commission at this time.

The Commission will resume in-office operations under its business continuity programme once the weather advisories issued for the Territory have been discontinued.
