Hong Kong Office to Resume Limited In-office Operations on 15 January 2021
Our Asia Representative Office of the BVI Financial Services Commission ("the Commission") reopens effective Friday, 15 January 2021. In-office processing of transactions resumes daily from 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
The Hong Kong office will continue to make arrangements for the delivery of certificates to agents via courier. Please contact our Hong Kong team at [email protected] for all queries, service requests, and to confirm all appointments.
For your convenience, the certificates listed below are available electronically through VIRRGIN:
- Certificate of Change of Name (Duplicate)
- Certificate of Incorporation (Original)
- Certificate of Continuation
- Certificate of Good Standing
- Certificate of Good Standing (LP)
- Certificate of Incorporation (Duplicate)
- Certificate of Registration for LP
- Duplicate Certificate of Incorporation – IBC – Sections 14 &15
BVI Physical Offices remains open for transaction services. Our front offices in the Haycraft (Administration) Building and the Registry of Corporate Affairs are open to facilitate transactions and other services between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Details for Certificate Collection, Remittances and our DropBox Facility remain as follows:
- Certificate Collection Arrangements
Certificate collection is available daily from 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. by appointment only. Agents should email [email protected] to schedule appointments.
- Remittances to the Commission
Acceptance of cheque payments for deposit accounts and any other payments due (including those necessitated by a Court Order) to the Commission will be received at the Commission's Administration building (18 Pasea Estate Road). Cheques dropped off to replenish deposit accounts before 4:00 p.m. will be processed on the same day.
