Temporary Closure of Hong Kong Office
The industry and public are advised that the Asia Representative Office of the BVI Financial Services Commission (the Commission) will be closed on Friday, 6 September 2024, UTC+8, due to severe weather associated with Super Typhoon Yagi.
The Hong Kong Government has issued a Typhoon Signal 8 (T8) warning, necessitating the closure for the safety of personnel and property.

The Commission's Hong Kong Office is scheduled to resume operations on Monday, September 9, 2024, at 9:00 a.m., UTC+8.
