PUBLIC CONSULTATION ON FATF NRA GUIDANCE

The Financial Action Task Force (FATF) is in the process of updating its Guidance on National Risk Assessments (NRA), and, as such, is inviting public contributions toward the document. The BVI Financial Services Commission, therefore, encourages financial services providers, stakeholders, and members of the public (together stakeholders) in the Territory of the Virgin Islands to participate in the process by completing the questionnaire, which is available here.

Stakeholder participation will allow FATF to take stock of participant views and experiences as it goes through the NRA Guidance revision process.  Additional details can be accessed via this link.

The deadline for submitting contributions is 22 July 2024, 18h00 CET.
