Industry Circular 18 of 2024 - LIMITED FSC SERVICE DUE TO SEVERE FLOODING

Road Town, Tortola - The BVI Financial Services Commission (the Commission) is advising industry participants and the public that its staff will be working remotely today, Thursday, 6 June 2024, due to the severe flooding affecting the Territory.

While our physical offices are currently closed, limited (virtual) services through the Registry of Corporate Affairs remain available. The Commission is monitoring the weather closely and will advise stakeholders of further updates as they become available.
