PUBLIC STATEMENT

ZAR Solutions Limited

Tortola, British Virgin Islands – 10 July 2017 – The British Virgin Islands Financial Services Commission (the “FSC”) considers it necessary to issue this public statement in order to protect the public interest, and the interests of any customers or creditors of ZAR Solutions Limited (the "Company") and to make the general public aware that the Company has never been licensed or regulated by the FSC to carry on any type of financial services business. 

The details are:

The Company, which was incorporated in the British Virgin Islands (the "BVI") on 21 July 2014, is believed to be operating the website http://zarforex.com to conduct online forex trading and offer other investment related products and services without having obtained the requisite licence from the FSC, in breach of BVI’s financial services legislation.

Members of the public are therefore advised to exercise extreme caution in conducting any business with ZAR Solutions Limited or ZARFX.

The public is invited to provide the FSC with any relevant information on this matter, and any other questionable entities that are purportedly operating in or from within the BVI.

The FSC has issued this Public Statement pursuant to Section 37A(2) of the Financial Services Commission Act, 2001.
