ADVISORY WARNING

ADVISORY ISSUED BY THE BRITISH VIRGIN ISLANDS

FINANCIAL SERVICES COMMISSION CONCERNING

SOURCE ONE INSURANCE LTD.

The general public is hereby advised that Source One Insurance Ltd. is no longer licensed under the Insurance Act, 1994, to carry on insurance business from within the British Virgin Islands.

The licence granted to Source One Insurance Ltd. to carry on insurance business expired on 31 December, 2007, and has not been renewed. Source One Insurance Ltd. has purported to continue its operations into another jurisdiction but has failed to comply with the BVI’s laws and requirements to do so.

Members of the public are therefore advised to exercise extreme caution in conducting any transactions with Source One Insurance Ltd., as it is not licensed to carry on insurance business in or from within the British Virgin Islands.
