ADVISORY WARNING

SHARPTEXT BRANCH INC.

Tortola, British Virgin Islands – 14 December, 2012 – The British Virgin Islands Financial Services Commission (the “FSC”) has recently been made aware that BVI Business Company SHARPTEXT BRANCH INC. is hosting two (2) websites located at www.sharptextbranch.comand www.tradelead.com  and is presenting a forged version of its own BVI incorporation documents in its efforts to solicit business contracts.  

The FSC’s enquiries have revealed that SHARPTEXT BRANCH INC. is presenting its BVI incorporation documents with an altered date and is purporting to have been incorporated in the BVI for a period longer than it has actually been incorporated and registered in the British Virgin Islands.   

Members of the public are advised to exercise extreme caution in conducting any transactions with SHARPTEXT BRANCH INC.  

The public is invited to provide the FSC with any relevant information on questionable entities which are purportedly operating in or from within the Territory, and on any improper or illegal activities engaged in by such entities.

The FSC is issuing this Advisory Warning under Section 4(1)(l) of the Financial Services Commission Act, 2001.
