Tortola, British Virgin Islands - 12th July 2023 - The British Virgin Islands Financial Services Commission (the "Commission") considers it necessary to issue this Public Statement in order to protect the customers, creditors or persons who may have been solicited to conduct business by SUPER8 and to make the general public aware that the entity has never been licensed or regulated by the Commission to carry on any type of gaming, gambling or sports betting activity.

The details are:

SUPER8, through the website www.super8r.com, is falsely purporting to be registered as a BVI company and certificated by the Commission for the purpose of providing gaming, gambling and sports betting services to the public.

The Commission informs the public that SUPER8 is not a BVI company and has never been licensed or certified by the Commission to provide gaming, gambling and sports betting services in or from within the Territory.

Members of the public are advised to exercise extreme caution if solicited at any time to conduct business with SUPER8. The public is invited to provide the FSC with any relevant information on any questionable entities which are purportedly operating in or from within the Territory and on any improper activities engaged in by such entities.

The Commission has issued this Public Statement pursuant to Section 37A of the Financial Services Commission Act, 2001.
