Road Town, Tortola – 12 March, 2024 - The British Virgin Islands Financial Services Commission (the "FSC") considers it necessary to issue this Public Statement in order to protect the customers, creditors or persons who may have been solicited to conduct business by Milan Pagáč and to make the general public aware that the individual has never been licensed or regulated by the FSC to carry on any type of financial services business.
The details are:
Milan Pagáč is circulating a forged Investment Dealer (Discount Broker) Licence and is falsely purporting to be authorised and licensed in the BVI in the following categories: Category 1: Dealing in Investments; Sub-category D: Dealing as Principal; and Category 2: Arranging Deals in Investments
The FSC hereby inform the public that Milan Pagáč is not and has never been licensed, authorised or regulated to deal or arrange deals in investments, and has never been licensed to carry on any type of financial services business in or from within the Territory of the BVI.
Members of the public are advised to exercise extreme caution and to avoid conducting any type of financial services business with Milan Pagáč. The public is invited to provide the FSC with any relevant information on any questionable entities which are purportedly operating in or from within the Territory, and on any improper activities engaged in by such entities.
The FSC has issued this Public Statement pursuant to Section 37A of the Financial Services Commission Act, 2001.
