ARM TRADE & FINANCE GROUP, INC. 

Tortola, British Virgin Islands - 12th July 2023 - The British Virgin Islands Financial Services Commission (the “Commission”) considers it necessary to issue this Public Statement in order to protect the customers, creditors or persons who may have been solicited to conduct business by ARM TRADE & FINANCE GROUP, INC. and to make the general public aware that the entity has never been licensed or regulated by the Commission to carry on any financial services business.

The details are:

ARM TRADE & FINANCE GROUP, INC. is circulating a forged investment business licence and is falsely purporting to be authorised and licensed in the BVI for investment business by Dealing in Investments as Principal and Arranging Deals in Investments as an entity licensed and regulated by the Commission.

The Commission hereby informs the public that ARM TRADE & FINANCE GROUP, INC. is not a BVI company and has never been licensed or regulated to carry on investment business, or any financial services business, in or from within the Territory of the BVI.

Members of the public are advised to exercise extreme caution if solicited at any time to conduct business with ARM TRADE & FINANCE GROUP, INC. The public is invited to provide the Commission with any relevant information on any questionable entities which are purportedly operating in or from within the Territory and on any improper activities engaged in by such entities.

The Commission has issued this Public Statement pursuant to Section 37A of the Financial Services Commission Act, 2001.
