ADVISORY WARNING

PAXINVEST.COM LIMITED also operating as PAXFOREX

Tortola, British Virgin Islands – 14 June, 2013 – The British Virgin Islands Financial Services Commission (the “FSC”) has recently been made aware that BVI Business Company PAXINVEST.COM LIMITED also operating as PAXFOREX at www.paxforex.com and is offering online trading with financial binary options, commodities, stocks and forex, without having obtained the requisite licence from the FSC. The FSC hereby informs the public that PAXINVEST.COM LIMITED also operating as PAXFOREX has never been licensed by the FSC to carry on investment business in or from within the Territory.       

Members of the public are advised to exercise extreme caution in conducting any transactions with PAXINVEST.COM LIMITED also operating as PAXFOREX. 

The public is invited to provide the FSC with any relevant information on questionable entities which are purportedly operating in or from within the Territory, and on any improper or illegal activities engaged in by such entities. 

The FSC is issuing this Advisory Warning under Section 4(1)(l) of the Financial Services Commission Act, 2001.
