ADVISORY WARNING

NOVA TRADEX FINANCIAL HOLDINGS LTD.

Tortola, British Virgin Islands – 14 June, 2013 – The British Virgin Islands Financial Services Commission (the “FSC”) has recently been made aware that BVI Business Company NOVA TRADEX FINANCIAL HOLDINGS LTD. operating at www.novatradefx.com and is offering online trading with financial binary options, commodities, stocks and forex related products and services, whilst falsely purporting to be licensed and regulated in the BVI. The FSC hereby informs the public that NOVA TRADEX FINANCIAL HOLDINGS LTD. has never been licensed by the FSC to carry on investment business in or from within the Territory.    

Members of the public are advised to exercise extreme caution in conducting any transactions with NOVA TRADEX FINANCIAL HOLDINGS LTD. 

The public is invited to provide the FSC with any relevant information on questionable entities which are purportedly operating in or from within the Territory, and on any improper or illegal activities engaged in by such entities. 

The FSC is issuing this Advisory Warning under Section 4(1)(l) of the Financial Services Commission Act, 2001.
