Tortola, British Virgin Islands – 28 November, 2012 – The British Virgin Islands Financial Services Commission (the “FSC”) has recently been made aware that MONTGOMERY ROTH INTERNATIONAL LTD., also operating as MRI LIMITED INTERNATIONAL BVI, is offering investment opportunities on its website at www.montgomeryrothinternational.com and presents itself as being incorporated and registered in the British Virgin Islands.   The FSC hereby informs the public that MONTGOMERY ROTH INTERNATIONAL LTD., also operating as MRI LIMITED INTERNATIONAL BVI, is not and has not at any time been incorporated or registered in the British Virgin Islands or licensed by the FSC. 

Members of the public are advised to exercise extreme caution in conducting any transactions with MONTGOMERY ROTH INTERNATIONAL LTD. & MRI LIMITED INTERNATIONAL BVI.

The public is invited to provide the FSC with any relevant information on this, and any other questionable entities that are purportedly operating in or from within the Territory.

The FSC is issuing this Advisory Warning under Section 4(1)(l) of the Financial Services Commission Act, 2001.
