ADVISORY WARNING

MASTER POLAR LIMITED

Tortola, British Virgin Islands – 13 March, 2013 – The British Virgin Islands Financial Services Commission (the “FSC”) has recently been made aware that BVI Business Company MASTER POLAR LIMITED operating at www.masterpolar.com and offering online trading with contracts for differences (CFD) and other forex related business, whilst not being licensed and/or regulated in the British Virgin Islands.  The FSC hereby informs the public that MASTER POLAR LIMITED is not and has not at any time been licensed or regulated in the British Virgin Islands by the FSC.   

Members of the public are advised to exercise extreme caution in conducting any transactions with MASTER POLAR LIMITED.  

The public is invited to provide the FSC with any relevant information on questionable entities which are purportedly operating in or from within the Territory, and on any improper or illegal activities engaged in by such entities.

The FSC is issuing this Advisory Warning under Section 4(1)(l) of the Financial Services Commission Act, 2001.
