ADVISORY WARNING

IMPERIAL PRECIOUS METALS TRADING INC.

Tortola, British Virgin Islands – 9 May, 2012 – The British Virgin Island Financial Services Commission (the “FSC”) has recently been made aware that IMPERIAL PRECIOUS METALS TRADING INC. is offering investment opportunities on its website at www.ipmt-fms.com and presents itself as being incorporated and registered in the British Virgin Islands.  The FSC hereby informs the public that IMPERIAL PRECIOUS METALS TRADING INC. is not and has not at any time been incorporated or registered in the British Virgin Islands or licensed by the FSC. 

Members of the public are advised to exercise extreme caution in conducting any transactions with IMPERIAL PRECIOUS METALS TRADING INC.  The public is invited to provide the FSC with any relevant information on questionable entities which are purportedly operating in or from within the Territory.

The FSC is issuing this Advisory Warning under Section 4(1)(l) of the Financial Services Commission Act, 2001.
