Global Venture Financing

Tortola, British Virgin Islands – 5 July, 2012 – The British Virgin Island Financial Services Commission (the “FSC”) has become aware that G.V.F Management Group Ltd, also operating as Global Venture Financing, has been offering and promoting Foreign Exchange (Forex) dealing and various investment facilities to potential investors. In the documentation published on the company’s websites located at www.globalventurefinancing.com and www.globalventurefinancing.net , this entity claims to be incorporated in both the Isle of Man and the British Virgin Islands, and suggests that it is regulated under the laws of the British Virgin Islands. 

G.V.F Management Group Ltd, also operating as Global Venture Financing is not licensed to carry on financial services business in or from within the Territory. Members of the public are therefore advised to exercise extreme caution in conducting any transactions with G.V.F Management Group Ltd operating as Global Venture Financing.  

The public is invited to provide the FSC with any relevant information on this, and any other questionable entities that are purportedly operating in or from within the Territory.

The FSC is issuing this Advisory Warning under Section 4(1)(l) of the Financial Services Commission Act, 2001.
