ADVISORY WARNING

FOREX PLACE LTD.

Tortola, British Virgin Islands – 14 June, 2013 – The British Virgin Islands Financial Services Commission (the “FSC”) has recently been made aware that BVI Business Company FOREX PLACE LTD. also operating as 4XP at www.4xp.com and is offering online investments and trading in forex related products and services, without having obtained the requisite licence from the FSC. The FSC hereby informs the public that FOREX PLACE LTD. also operating as 4XP has never been licensed by the FSC to carry on investment business in or from within the Territory.         

Members of the public are advised to exercise extreme caution in conducting any transactions with FOREX PLACE LTD. also operating as 4XP 

The public is invited to provide the FSC with any relevant information on questionable entities which are purportedly operating in or from within the Territory, and on any improper or illegal activities engaged in by such entities. 

The FSC is issuing this Advisory Warning under Section 4(1)(l) of the Financial Services Commission Act, 2001.
