PUBLIC STATEMENT

DOMINION S.X. Ltd.

Tortola,  British  Virgin  Islands  –  14th March 2018  –  The  British  Virgin  Islands  Financial  Services Commission (the “FSC”) considers it necessary to issue this public statement in order to protect the public interest, and the interests of any customers or creditors of DOMINION S.X. Ltd., formerly Qualiom Financial Ltd. (the "Company") and to make the general public aware that the Company has never been licensed or regulated by the FSC to carry on any type of financial services business.

The details are:

The Company, which was incorporated in the British Virgin Islands (the "BVI") on 22 September

2014, has been connected to the website  http://dominionfx.ru/ which is alleged to have facilitated investment business online, without having obtained the requisite licence from the FSC and in breach of legislation.

The FSC also issued the Company an order to immediately cease carrying on unauthorized

financial services business in the BVI.

The public is invited to provide the FSC with any relevant information on this matter, and any

other questionable entities that are purportedly operating in or from within the BVI.

The FSC has issued this Public Statement pursuant to Section 37A(2) of the Financial Services

Commission Act, 2001.
