ADVISORY WARNING

AXIS TRADING GROUP INC.

Tortola, British Virgin Islands – 27 May, 2013 – The British Virgin Island Financial Services Commission (the “FSC”) has recently been made aware that BVI Business Company AXIS TRADING GROUP INC. operating at https://atg-direct.com and is offering online trading in forex business; is purporting to be regulated in the British Virgin Islands.  The FSC hereby informs the public that AXIS TRADING GROUP INC. has never been licensed by the FSC to carry on investment business in or from within the Territory.  In addition, the public is asked to note that, “the BVI has no free economic zone to optimize taxing”, as indicated by AXIS TRADING GROUP INC. on its website at https://atg-direct.com.       

Members of the public are advised to exercise extreme caution in conducting any transactions with AXIS TRADING GROUP INC. 

The public is invited to provide the FSC with any relevant information on questionable entities which are purportedly operating in or from within the Territory, and on any suspected improper or illegal activities engaged in by such entities. 

The FSC is issuing this Advisory Warning under Section 4(1)(l) of the Financial Services Commission Act, 2001.
