ADVISORY WARNING

Lexington Investment Capital Inc.

Tortola, British Virgin Islands  The British Virgin Islands Financial Services Commission (“FSC”) has been made aware that Lexington Investment Capital Inc., operating at www.binarygoal.com has been offering online investment products and trading in other forex related products and services, without having obtained the requisite licence from the FSC. The FSC hereby informs the public that Lexington Investment Capital Inc. is incorporated and registered as a Business company in the British Virgin Islands. However, Lexington Investment Capital Inc., has never been licensed by the FSC to carry on financial services business in or from within the Virgin Islands  

Members of the public are therefore advised to exercise extreme caution in conducting any transactions with Lexington Investment Capital Inc. 

The public is invited to provide the FSC with any relevant information on this, and any other questionable entities that are purportedly operating in or from within the Virgin Islands.

The FSC is issuing this Advisory Warning under Section 4(1)(l) of the Financial Services Commission Act, 2001.
