ADVISORY WARNING

5LINX Enterprises, Inc.

Tortola, British Virgin Islands – 12 September 2013 – The British Virgin Islands Financial Services Commission (the “FSC”) has recently been made aware that 5LINX ENTERPRISES, INC. operating at www.5linx.com being promoted in and from within the Territory and soliciting BVI residents as investors.  The FSC hereby informs the public that 5LINX ENTERPRISES, INC. operating at www.5linx.com is not and has never been registered or licensed to carry on financial services business in or from within the Territory.     

Members of the public are advised to exercise extreme caution in conducting any transactions with 5LINX ENTERPRISES, INC. operating at www.5linx.com. 

Residents of the British Virgin Islands that have invested in 5LINX ENTERPRISES, INC. operating at www.5linx.com and may have concerns in relation to the status of their investment are invited to contact the FSC. 

The FSC is issuing this Advisory Warning under Section 4(1)(l) of the Financial Services Commission Act, 2001.
