Road Town, Tortola - The BVI Financial Services Commission (the Commission) announces the publication of the following articles:

·      BVI Financial Services Commission Launches its 2024/25 Inspection Plan

This article provides insight into the Commission’s upcoming inspection cycle, including which sectors will be targeted and the themes to be covered as part of the Commission’s on-site, and desk-based reviews.

·      BVIFSC Thematic Inspection Initial Findings – Reliance on Third Parties/Introduced Business Relationships

This article delves into the initial findings of concluded thematic inspections conducted on Third Party relationships including recommendations for complying with statutory requirements.
