ADVISORY WARNING

VIP BANK, INC.

The Commission wishes to inform the public that VIP BANK, INC., is not incorporated or registered in the British Virgin Islands or licensed to carry on financial services business in or from within the Territory.

The Commission has recently been made aware that VIP BANK, INC. is offering investment opportunities on its website at www.vipbank.com and holds itself out to be incorporated, registered and licensed in the British Virgin Islands.   The Commission hereby informs the public that VIP BANK, INC. is not and has not at any time been incorporated, registered or licensed by the Commission. 
Members of the public are advised to exercise extreme caution in conducting any transactions with VIP BANK, INC.
The British Virgin Islands Financial Services Commission (“the Commission”) is issuing this Advisory Warning under Section 4(1)(l) of the Financial Services Commission Act, 2001.

The public is invited to provide the Commission with any relevant information on questionable entities which are purportedly operating in or from within the Territory.
