Advisory Warnings

This statement is made in order to warn the general public against dealing with unauthorised financial services providers.

This advisory warning is hereby issued to advise the general public that Offshore Health and Travel Benefits has not been licensed or authorised to conduct any form of regulated financial services business in or from within the BVI and as such has not been authorised to conduct insurance business in or from within the BVI.

The Commission has recently become aware that Offshore Health and Travel Benefits has solicited insurance business through its website at www.tilloglobe.com and an advertisement in the local press, purporting to offer global coverage with access to top-rated hospitals and providers throughout the Virgin Islands.

The Commission wishes to inform the public that Offshore Health and Travel Benefits has NOT been assessed by the Commission to be fit and proper to carry on insurance or any type of financial services business in or from within the BVI.

Members of the public are strongly advised to exercise extreme caution when dealing with Offshore Health and Travel Benefits, and are invited to provide the Commission with any

relevant information pertaining to Offshore Health and Travel Benefits or any other unlicensed entities which are operating in or from within the Territory.
