The British Virgin Islands Financial Services Commission (FSC) is issuing this advisory warning under Section 4 (1) (1) of the Financial Services Commission Act, 2001.

The FSC wishes to inform the general public that the captioned entities are NOT LICENSED to conduct banking business or any financial services business in or from within the British Virgin Islands and the entities are NOT incorporated or registered in the British Virgin Islands. Members of the public are therefore advised to exercise extreme caution in conducting any transactions with these entities.

The FSC should always be contacted to verify the regulated status of any company purporting to be registered or authorised in the British Virgin Islands.
